SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped UPS from our warehouse in Maine. We primarily ship to the lower 48 US states only. Shipping to Alaska may require additional charges, please check with us before ordering. We are not responsible for any additional duty fees for products being sent to Canada. Any additional duty fees for shipments to Canada will be YOUR responsiblily. UPS will usually want to collect these fees upon delivery. We do not ship overseas.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products - within 14 days from invoice date,  Request an RGA number and return the product pre-paid to us for a full refund - no return freight charges will be allowed. There is no restocking charge if the product is defective or there has been an error on our part. If no defect or error, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

All items after 14 days must get prior authorization before an RGA number will be issued. These returns will carry a 15% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days.

No returns are allowed on items that have been opened or used. No returns on electrical items, opened videos, software, special orders or close-outs - No credit will be issued on any items that have a cost of $5.00 or less due to the high cost of processing such returns.

All authorized returns must be returned prepaid. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All RGAs are good for up to 10 days and if not used will be removed from our system. The RGA number must be attached to the product being returned.

We reserve the option, at our own discretion to repair any item including but not limited to clothing, luggage, footwear, helmets, etc. On any product that has been worn or used every effort will be made to repair and return. Product will not be replaced as used clothing has little or no resale value.
